How can I know if CuboAi Plus is disconnected?

• CuboAi Plus operates through a network connection. If there is a Wi-Fi disconnection, it will lose its detection function and will not operate properly.

• After 5 minutes of disconnection, the CuboAi App will automatically notify parents of the network disconnection via mobile push notifications, allowing parents to check the connection status immediately and with peace of mind. (For a single disconnection, only one offline notification push will be received)

• If the live feed displays "Cannot connect to the camera," please refer to this article for troubleshooting.
