If you accidentally unbind the account from the camera, please follow the instructions below to re-pair:
- If the camera was properly connected during unbinding, it will reset automatically. You only need to re-pair it. Please refer to How to pair and connect with CuboAi Plus?
- If the camera was in an "offline" state during unbinding, you will need to manually reset the camera before pairing again. Please refer to the reset steps below or watch the reset video for guidance.
1. Make sure CuboAi Plus is plugged in
2. Press and hold the multi-function button at the back of CuboAi Plus for 10-15 seconds, continue pressing when you hear the sleep mode prompt
Please make sure the device has fully booted and the indicator light is no longer changing. Then, press and hold the multi-function button on the back. If the light remains solid white, please contact customer support.
3. After hearing two "beep" sounds, wait for the status light to change from white light to flashing white light, then you can enter the Wi-Fi information and proceed with the setup again
🐦Reminder: After resetting, the 18-hour playback and notification wall video records will be deleted, and AI settings will be restored to default values.
