1. Make sure the "Local Network" setting is turned on
Go to the phone settings → Find "Apps" → Click"CuboAi → Turn on "Local Network"
2. Please try closing and reopening the app, or check your connection.
3. Observe the current status light of the camera and troubleshoot possible issues as follows:
Pulsing White light
It means it is in setup mode; please enter your home Wi-Fi username and password, and scan the QR code in front of CuboAi; if unable to scan the QR code, please refer to this guide. If still unable to connect successfully, please help confirm the following information:
- Please ensure you are using the original CuboAi Plus power adapter
- Please ensure your home Wi-Fi name is within 32 characters, and the password is at least 8 characters long
-
Please go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings page, ensure there is no "weak security level" displayed
It is not recommended to use Wi-Fi devices with security vulnerabilities such as WEP, WPA TKIP encryption methods

It means CuboAi Plus is successfully connected to Wi-Fi. If the app cannot connect smoothly at this time, please help confirm the following information:
- If you accidentally unlinked the account from CuboAi Plus or deleted the account
-
Please reset CuboAi Plus and pair it again

- Please ensure you are using the original power adapter, and the camera is securely connected to the power cord
- Close and reopen the CuboAi App in the background to see if you can successfully connect and view
- If the above steps still do not resolve the issue, please power cycle the CuboAi Plus camera

- Please make sure to use the original plug and connect CuboAi Plus tightly with the power cord and install it correctly
- Please log out and log back into your account
- Please unplug the power cord and wait 1-2 minutes before plugging it back in

Red light
If parents have not changed the Wi-Fi environment, or if it has been used normally after the change but now the red light is on, it may indicate that CuboAi Plus cannot connect to the originally set Wi-Fi. Please refer to the following solutions:
- Please make sure to use the CuboAi Plus original plug, unplug CuboAi Plus, wait 10 seconds before reconnecting the power, and wait one minute to see if the status light changes to green or blue
- Please check the stability of the Wi-Fi connection at home, it is recommended that the upload and download speeds are both at least 5Mbps for stability (How can I determine Wi-Fi speed is sufficient?)
White light
If the white light stays on for more than 30 seconds to 1 minute, please refer to the following solutions:
- Please make sure to use the CuboAi Plus original plug and power cord
-

No light
If after reconnecting the power, there is still no light or no response, please refer to the following solutions:
- Please make sure to use the CuboAi Plus original plug and power cord
- To ensure normal power supply, please plug CuboAi into a separate socket, it is recommended not to use an extension cord
- To check if it is a cable issue, please plug the power cord into another appliance to see if it can pass electricity normally
- If the above steps fail, please do not use the temperature and humidity sensor (please refer to the attached image), directly connect the power cord to the camera to test
