After plugging in the power, the CuboAi Plus status light will first turn on as a "white light", then change to "flashing white light". At this point, you can start setting up the camera according to the instructions in the CuboAi App! Please refer to How to pair and connect with CuboAi Plus?
If after powering on, the CuboAi Plus still does not change to "flashing white light", parents should follow the steps below to resolve:
Step 1. Use the original power adapter:
Please make sure you are using the original power adapter. If a non-original adapter is used, it may cause CuboAi Plus to not operate properly.
Step 2. Replug the power:
Please unplug the power adapter, wait for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in; after powering on, wait for a minute to see if the status light changes to flashing white light
If after trying the above steps, the status light still remains constantly on as "white light", "red light", or changes to "flashing white light" but cannot complete the setup, please follow the steps below to reset or reset video :
- Plug in the CuboAi Plus to power
- Long press the multi-function button at the back of CuboAi Plus for 10-15 seconds, (around three seconds, you will hear the sleep mode prompt sound ,please continue pressing)
- Wait until you hear two "beep" sounds, then wait for the status light to change from white light to flashing white light before resetting
🐦 Reminder: After resetting CuboAi Plus, the 18-hour playback and notification wall video recordings will be deleted, and AI settings will be restored to default values.
