To connect CuboAi Plus to a different Wi-Fi network, Please refer to the following two scenarios:
Scenario 1: If the camera is connected and the live feed can be viewed, please follow the steps below to update the Wi-Fi information without performing a full reset.
Scenario 2: If the camera is currently offline, please follow the steps in the app to Change Wi-Fi:
(1.) Tap "Try Again" > Confirm that the information at the top is correct, then tap "Change Wi-Fi."
(2.) If the screen shows "You are offline," it means your mobile device is not connected properly. Please check your mobile device's connection and proceed to the next step.
(3.) Press the multifunction button at the back of the camera twice in quick succession. The camera will automatically reconnect to another Wi-Fi network.
Open the CuboAi App → Click on "Settings" → Select the camera you want to adjust from the top tab → Click on "Wi-Fi Settings" → "Change Wi-Fi" → Enter the Wi-Fi information to reconnect.
🐦Reminder:
- Connect your phone to your home Wi-Fi, enable location services, allow CuboAi App to access your location, and CuboAi Plus will automatically fill in the Wi-Fi name when entering Wi-Fi information.
- After resetting CuboAi Plus, the 18-hour playback and notification wall video recordings will be deleted, and AI settings will be restored to default values.
