What do I do if I accidentally unpaired CuboAi Monitor 3 ?

If you accidentally unbind the account from the camera, please follow the instructions below to re-pair them:

1. If the camera is connected properly when unbinding, it will reset automatically. You will only need to repair it. Please refer to the following steps. How to pair and connect with CuboAi Monitor 3 ?

2. If the camera was offline when unbinding, you will need to manually reset the camera before pairing it again. Please refer to the reset steps below or watch the reset video for guidance. 

• Step 1. Ensure CuboAi Monitor 3 is plugged in
• Step 2. Press and hold the rear multi-function button of CuboAi Monitor 3 for 10-15 seconds, continue holding after hearing the sleep mode prompt
  Please make sure the device has fully booted and the indicator light is no longer changing. Then, press and hold the multi-function button on the back. If the light remains solid white, please contact customer support.
• Step 3. After hearing two "beep" sounds, wait for the status light to change from Sequential Amber White Light to Blinking Amber, then enter the Wi-Fi information to reconfigure
