If the main screen displays "CuboAi camera not paired" or "Unable to connect to the camera," please try the following ways:
1. Make sure the "Local Network" setting is turned on
Go to the phone settings → Find "Apps" → Click"CuboAi → Turn on "Local Network"
2. Observe the current status light of the camera and troubleshoot possible issues as follows:
Blinking Amber light
It means it is in setup mode. Please pair and connect via Bluetooth or QR code, then enter your home Wi-Fi username and password. If you are unable to pair using Bluetooth or scan the QR code, please refer to this guide or check the following information:
- Please ensure you are using the original CuboAi Monitor 3 power adapter
- Please ensure your home Wi-Fi name is within 32 characters, and the password is at least 8 characters long

Please go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings page, ensure there is no "weak security level" displayed
It is not recommended to use Wi-Fi devices with security vulnerabilities such as WEP, WPA TKIP encryption methods
Red light
If parents have not changed the Wi-Fi environment, or if it has been used normally after the change but now the red light is on, it may indicate that CuboAi Monitor 3 cannot connect to the originally set Wi-Fi. Please refer to the following solutions:
- Please make sure to use the CuboAi Monitor 3 original plug, unplug CuboAi Monitor 3, wait 10 seconds before reconnecting the power, and wait one minute to check if the connection was successful.
- Please confirm if the home Wi-Fi network environment meets the requirements. (What type of network environment does CuboAi Monitor 3 require?)

If the above conditions are met, please follow the steps in the app to Change Wi-Fi:
- Tap "Try Again" > Confirm that the information at the top is correct, then tap "Change Wi-Fi."
- If the screen shows "You are offline," it means your mobile device is not connected properly. Please check your mobile device's connection and proceed to the next step.
- Press the multifunction button at the back of the camera twice in quick succession. The camera will automatically reconnect to another Wi-Fi network.
Stuck Amber White light
If the white light stays on for more than 30 seconds to 1 minute, please refer to the following solutions:
- Please make sure to use the CuboAi Monitor 3 original plug and power cord

There are 2 power cords included with the product, please assist in replacing the other original power cord
(For example: if currently using a 3-meter power cord, please replace it with a 2-meter power cord) - Please unplug the power cord and wait 1-2 minutes before plugging it back in

If the above steps fail, please try reset CuboAi Monitor 3 and see
Reminder: After resetting, the 72-hour playback and notification wall video recordings will be deleted, and the AI settings will be restored to default values.
No light
After reconnecting the power, there is still no light or no response, please refer to the following solutions:
- Please make sure to use the CuboAi Monitor 3 original plug and power cord
- To ensure normal power supply, please plug CuboAi into a separate socket, it is recommended not to use an extension cord
- To check if it is a cable issue, please plug the power cord into another appliance to see if it can pass electricity normally
- If the above steps fail, please do not use the temperature and humidity sensor (please refer to the attached image), directly connect the power cord to the camera to test
