After plugging in the power, the CuboAi Monitor 3 status light will first turn on as a "Sequential Amber White Light", then change to "Blinking Amber". At this point, you can start setting up the camera according to the instructions in the CuboAi App! Please refer to How to pair and connect with CuboAi Monitor 3 ?
If after powering on, the CuboAi Monitor 3 still does not change to "Blinking Amber", you should follow the steps below to resolve:
Step 1. Use the original power adapter:
Please make sure you are using the original power adapter. If a non-original adapter is used, it may cause CuboAi Monitor 3 to not operate properly.
Step 2. Replug the power:
Please unplug the power adapter, wait for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in; after powering on, wait for a minute to see if the status light changes to Blinking Amber
If after trying the above steps, the status light still remains constantly on as "Amber White Light", "red light", or changes to "Blinking Amber" but cannot complete the setup, please follow the steps below to reset or reset video :
- Plug in the CuboAi Monitor 3 to power
- Long press the multi-function button at the back of CuboAi Monitor 3 for 10-15 seconds, (around three seconds, you will hear the sleep mode prompt sound ,please continue pressing)
- Wait until you hear two "beep" sounds, then wait for the status light to change from Sequential Amber White Light to Blinking Amber before resetting
🐦 Reminder: After resetting CuboAi Monitor 3, the 72-hour playback and notification wall video recordings will be deleted, and AI settings will be restored to default values.
