If the main screen displays "CuboAi camera not paired" or "Unable to connect to the camera," please first observe the current status light of the camera and troubleshoot possible issues as follows:
Green light
It means it is in setup mode; please enter your home Wi-Fi username and password, and scan the QR code in front of CuboAi; if unable to scan the QR code, please refer to this guide. If still unable to connect successfully, please help confirm the following information:
- Please ensure you are using the original CuboAi power adapter
- Please ensure that your home Wi-Fi name is within 32 characters, and the password is at least 8 characters long

Please go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings page and ensure "Weak Security" is not displayed (please refer to the image below)
It is not recommended to use Wi-Fi devices with security vulnerabilities such as WEP, WPA TKIP encryption methods
Yellow light
It means CuboAi is successfully connected to Wi-Fi. If the app cannot connect smoothly at this time, please help confirm the following information:
- If you accidentally unlinked or deleted the account from CuboAi

Please reset CuboAi and pair it again
Reminder: After resetting, the 18-hour playback and notification wall video recordings will be deleted, and AI settings will be restored to default values.
- If you did not unlink the account from CuboAi, and also did not delete the account, please follow the steps below to resolve:
- Please ensure you are using the original power adapter and securely connect CuboAi to the stand (please refer to the stand connection diagram)
- Close and reopen the CuboAi App in the background to see if you can successfully connect and view
- If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please power cycle the CuboAi camera
Purple light
If parents have not changed the Wi-Fi environment, or if they have changed it and used it normally before, but now the purple light is on, it may indicate that CuboAi cannot connect to the originally set Wi-Fi. Please help confirm the following information:

- Please make sure you are using the original CuboAi power adapter. Disconnect CuboAi, wait for 10 seconds, then reconnect the power and wait for a minute to see if the status light changes to yellow or dark blue.
- Please check the stability of your home Wi-Fi connection, it is recommended that the download and upload speeds are both higher than 5Mbps for a stable connection (How to test internet speed?)
- If you still can't connect properly, please try resetting the Wi-Fi (go to CuboAi App settings page → select the paired camera from the top tab → click on "Wi-Fi Settings" → click on "Connect to Other Wi-Fi" and enter Wi-Fi information).
Red light
If parents have not changed the Wi-Fi environment, or if it was working fine after a change but now shows a red light, it may indicate that CuboAi cannot connect to the originally set Wi-Fi. Please refer to the following solutions:
- Please make sure you are using the original CuboAi power adapter. Disconnect CuboAi, wait for 10 seconds, then reconnect the power.
- Please check if CuboAi and the stand are securely connected (please refer to the stand connection diagram)
- Please try using a different stand to see if it improves the situation.
(For example: if currently using a floor stand or bed clamp stand, please try moving CuboAi to a mobile base)

Aqua Blue light
If the light blue light continues for more than 30 seconds to 1 minute, please refer to the following solutions:
- Please make sure you are using the original CuboAi power adapter, and check if CuboAi and the stand are securely connected (please refer to the stand connection diagram).
- If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please try using a different stand to see if it improves the situation.
(For example: if currently using a floor stand or bed clamp stand, please try moving CuboAi to a mobile base)

It means someone is currently connected and viewing. If the CuboAi App cannot connect smoothly at this time, please help to confirm the following information:
- If the CuboAi App can display temperature and humidity normally, please close and reopen the CuboAi App in the background to see if it can connect successfully
- If the CuboAi App cannot display temperature and humidity normally

Please switch CuboAi to a different stand and ensure that CuboAi is securely connected to the stand (please refer to the stand connection diagram)
(For example: if you are currently using a floor stand or bed clamp stand, please help to switch CuboAi to a mobile base) - Please log out and log back into your account
No light
If even after re-plugging the power, there is still no light or no response, please refer to the following solutions:
- Please confirm that you are using the original CuboAi power adapter
- To ensure normal power supply, please plug CuboAi into a dedicated socket, it is recommended not to use an extension cord
- Please switch CuboAi to a different stand and ensure that CuboAi is securely connected to the stand (please refer to the stand connection diagram)
