When the CuboAi camera fails to scan the QR code successfully, parents can try the following methods:
- Make sure the lens protector has been removed and wipe the lens to eliminate situations where the lens is too dirty to scan the QR code
- Check if the "brightness" of the phone screen is sufficient

Place the QR code on the phone about 20 cm in front of the CuboAi lens (about 1 palm-width distance). If scanning is still unsuccessful, try moving the phone slowly forward and backward
- Restart the CuboAi App and try again
- Rotate the lens to a "horizontal angle" and scan the QR code again
- Check if the ambient light source is sufficient (it is recommended to turn on indoor lights, do not scan under natural light or sunlight), and there are no other light sources nearby or directly shining on the CuboAi camera lens
