How do I know when my CuboAi Care service expires?

If you would like to check the expiration date of your CuboAi Care service, please follow the steps:

Step 1: Go to CuboAi App Settings

Step 2: Select the baby monitor on the upper tab

Step 3: Find "CuboAi Care" 

Step 4: Find the service page, and then you will then be able to see the days remaining and the expiration date of your subscription service. 

If you subscribe to the CuboAi Care plan through the App, please check the subscription expiration date according to the device system:

• iOS: Go to Settings > Tap your name > Tap "Subscriptions" > Find "CuboAi App" to view
• Android: Open the Google Play Store app > Tap the profile icon in the top right and ensure you are logged in > Tap Account and select "Payments & subscriptions" > Tap "Subscriptions" and find "CuboAi App" to view
