As long as the original camera is reset and successfully re-paired without changing the account, you can continue to enjoy existing CuboAi Care service. However, if the camera is paired with a new account, the remaining CuboAi Care service will be automatically transferred to the new account.

*After resetting, the playback and notification wall video recordings will be deleted, and AI settings will be restored to default values.
🐦 CuboAi Reminder:
1. If you pair the device using a different account, data such as the Moments Wall and sleep analysis reports will not be transferred to the new account.
2. If you pair the device using the same account, you must successfully reset the original device in order to resume previous Moments Walland sleep analysis reports.
