All CuboAi Plus baby monitor purchases are entitled to one year of free CuboAi Care Premium service. If you would like to cancel the CuboAi Care Premium service that comes with the CuboAi Plus baby monitor, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
If you wish to cancel the CuboAi Care service purchased through the app, you will need to contact the App Store / Google Play for assistance.
- iOS: Go to Settings > Tap your name > Tap "Subscriptions" > Find "CuboAi App" > Tap "Cancel Subscription". You might need to scroll down to find the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Note: If there is no "Cancel" button, or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been canceled. - Android: Open the Google Play Store app > Tap the profile icon in the top right and ensure you are logged in > Tap Account and select "Payments & subscriptions" > Tap Subscriptions and find "CuboAi App" > Tap Cancel and confirm the cancellation.

🐤 CuboAi Reminder: Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be able to use / or re-enable the service. If you wish to re-enable the CuboAi Care service, please purchase the service again through the app (as per the current stated price on the CuboAi website).
