If you are unable to register for an account during setup, please check if the phone is connected to the internet and the following information is in the format required:
- Use the correct email format when registering
- Password must meet the format requirements, at least 8 characters and up to 15 characters
If App shows that the account has already been registered, it may be due to a previous registration. In this case, you can go back to the previous page and select [Sign in] to access the account.
To make more convenient for parents, our team has added a direct registration method through the mobile system.
- For iOS, the options are Apple ID and Email.
- For Android, the options are Google and Email.
