1. Make sure that the stream on the CuboAi app works as it should. If your baby monitor is not connected please view the troubleshooting steps for your connection issue here.
2. To improve overall connectivity, you should have your Alexa device on the same Wi-Fi network as your CuboAi Monitor 3 . This would allow direct connection and better connectivity.

What should I do if the video stream is delayed?
To optimize video smoothness, Alexa devices are designed to prioritize video delay over buffering. This is a technical characteristic specific to Alexa devices and differs from how the CuboAi App operates. Because of this built-in behavior, the CuboAi team cannot control or adjust the Live stream latency on Alexa and other similar devices.
Why does the CuboAi live stream automatically disconnect or reconnect when viewing through Alexa?
Third-party platforms like Alexa have streaming time limits to optimize device performance. If the live stream plays for a certain period without any user interaction, the system may automatically disconnect the feed. If this happens, simply issue the voice command again or tap the reconnect button on your smart home device to resume viewing.
Please rest assured that this interruption only affects the "video display" on Alexa. Your CuboAi camera itself is still operating normally, and all AI detection and safety alert features remain fully active.
