If the CuboAi App crashes, becomes unresponsive, suddenly exits back to the phone's home screen, or it keeps displaying the loading icon without showing the live feed, please refer to the following steps:
1. Restart the App, or directly close the CuboAi App from the phone's background programs, then reopen it.
Detailed steps for each phone type are as follows:
- iOS phones: Please refer to the link
- Android phones: Depending on the phone type, press and hold the "Multi-tasking" button ➜ Swipe up, down, left, or right to close the CuboAi App
2. Check if the network is smooth:
- If the phone is connected to mobile data: Check the signal quality of the mobile data. If the signal is strong, try restarting the phone and then opening the CuboAi App to see if it works.
- If the phone is connected to Wi-Fi: Check if the current Wi-Fi can be used to open other web pages and browse smoothly! If unable to connect to web pages, restart the Wi-Fi router
3. Uninstall the CuboAi App, then go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to download the CuboAi App again and try it out
4. Check if the phone's "storage" is sufficient to open the CuboAi App.
5. Use another phone (preferably the same model) to test installing the CuboAi App to see if it also crashes, becomes unresponsive, or encounters other issues.
