If the temperature and humidity readings are not displayed or if they are inaccurate in the App, it may be due to the Temperature & Humidity dongle not being firmly connected to the baby monitor.
Please make sure to attach the T&H dongle between the baby monitor and the cable before connecting to power, and try unplugging and plugging it in again to see if you can get the temperature/humidity reading.
