Does CuboAi Monitor 3 require batteries or connection to a power supply? What is the voltage supported? Can it be used abroad?

CuboAi Monitor 3 does not require batteries. The baby monitor comes with its own adapter and needs to be plugged into a power source to operate. We designed it this way so your baby monitor’s battery won’t run out of power when protecting your little one!

The voltage range of CuboAi Monitor 3's plug/adapter is Input 100-240v & Output 5V/2A so you can still have the baby monitor watch over Baby when traveling!

Additionally, to maintain the stability of the voltage, we strongly recommend using the wall socket at home as the power source. If the included cables are not long enough and you need to use an extension cord, please do not share the cord with other electrical appliances.

🐦 Reminder:

1. We do not recommend using a power bank to power the baby monitor, as the power output of a commercial power bank is not suitable for the CuboAi. If a power bank is used, it may decrease the lifespan of the device. If a CuboAi Monitor 3 has been damaged due to these circumstances, it will not be covered by the warranty.
   
   
2. The transmission and signal of data from CuboAi Monitor 3 are encrypted for security and privacy assurances, and China currently enforces control over their internet traffic and data transmission. For this reason, CuboAi Monitor 3 is not recommended for use in China, and we are not able to guarantee the stability and function of usage there. CuboAi Monitor 3 is also currently not available for sale and delivery in China.
