CuboAi Monitor 3 iPad App User Guide

The CuboAi team has tailored an iPad version of the App for iPad users, with all functions identical to the mobile version (please refer to CuboAi Monitor 3 App User Guide), aiming to provide parents with a better user experience.

🐦 Reminder: Only supports iPad OS 14 and above, strongly not recommended for use with iPad mini 6, iPad Air 3 (inclusive) and earlier models

• How to download the CuboAi App?

After downloading the CuboAi App on your iPad device, log in to the main account or join through the Family Sharing to start using it!

• What's different in the iPad version?

For iPad usage scenarios, we provide a night light switch, a shortcut button for recording, making it convenient for parents to use; and on the Home page, you can watch the baby in full camera image ratio (limited to 23:16 screen ratio for iPad, 4:3 models may need slight horizontal movement to see the entire image), including temperature and humidity display, real-time video time, mute button, split-screen feature, 72-hour playback, and multi-device switching tabs.

• How to use the PIP feature in the iPad version?

Click on the PIP screen button at the bottom right of the Live screen, and the Live screen will shrink to display on the iPad desktop (as shown below), allowing parents to continue monitoring the baby's status while using other applications!
🐦 Reminder:
1. The screen ratio is 16:9
2. The PIP screen feature does not support smart home functions
3. The PIP screen feature's sound is controlled by the main screen volume (e.g., if the main screen is muted, the PIP screen will also be muted)

• Where is the Moment Wall in the iPad version?

The Moment wall / settings / Reports / Notification Wall in the iPad version is now included in the main menu at the bottom left corner, simply click on the bottom left main menu on the main screen to access it!

• What options are available in the iPad version menu?

Tap the three-dot icon in the bottom right corner to adjust options such as 「Video Quality」、 「AI Status」、 「Sleep Mode」 and 「Night Light」.

• Why does the live feed pause when a notification video plays on the CuboAi App?

To ensure smooth loading of the notification video, the live feed pauses until you exit the page or the notification video finishes playing.
