To protect your account with an extra layer of security, we highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication for your account. In addition to your password, a 6 digit verification code is required every time you log in to your account. When 2FA is enabled, a unique, one-time use code will be sent to your trusted phone number via text message.
🐤 Cubo Ai Reminder: You will be asked to log out of all devices when setting up 2FA for the first time and log back in with your password and a new verification code. This will only affect family members sharing the same log-in info. Family members invited with the Family Sharing function will remain logged in and will not be affected. Please make sure to install the latest Cubo Ai App on all devices sharing your login info to log back in the Cubo Ai App after 2FA has been enabled.

1. How to enable Two-Factor Authentication?
Please follow the steps below to enable Two-factor authentication:
1. Open your Cubo Ai App
2. In Settings → General → Account Settings
3. Under Account Security, toggle the button to turn on Two-Factor Authentication
4. Click on Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions to enter a phone number and enable Two-Factor Authentication
5. Enter the verification code and tap on Log me out of all devices now (Please note that the verification code needs to be entered within 120 seconds.)

Please follow these step to disable Two-Factor Authentication:
1. Open your Cubo Ai app
2. In Settings → General → Account Settings
3. Under Account Security, toggle the button to turn off Two-Factor Authentication and confirm the follow-up message
3. I didn't receive a verification code, what should I do?
Please note it may take up to a couple minutes to send the verification code. You may resend the code to your trusted phone number by tapping on "Resend Code". However, please wait 60 seconds before requesting to resend the verification code.
4. I got a new phone number, what should I do?
Please follow these steps to change your trusted phone number:
1. Open your Cubo Ai app
2. In Settings → General → Account Settings
3. Under Account Security, tap Trusted Phone Number → Use different phone number
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new phone number to get a verification code
5. I can’t get the text message with my code, what should I do?

Our team will help verify your identity before we are able to grant access to your account again.
