To better protect your baby and deliver a safer, more personalized parenting experience, CuboAi adheres to the principles of personal data processing under Article 5 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when you provide personal information while using our products and services. Personal information includes any data that identifies you, including but not limited to your email address, device information, and usage behavior.

We process your data lawfully, fairly, and transparently to ensure security, provide our services, and support your device, standing with you as you protect every moment of your baby’s growth.

Withdrawing Your Consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time under Settings with the same ease as you provided it.

Please note: once you withdraw your consent, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted, and you will no longer be able to use CuboAi services under that account.

• CuboAi App > Settings > General Settings > Select “Data Control”
  
  After selecting “Withdrawing Consent” you will be asked to verify your identity as follows:
  
  (a) Users registered with Apple ID or Google: Data deletion will be authenticated through your device’s native verification (such as Face ID). If no such verification is set up on your device, your data will be deleted immediately after you press “Confirm.”
  
  (b) Users registered with email: Enter your original registration password. After confirmation, your data will be deleted.
  
  (c) Family/shared accounts without a registered password: Your data will be deleted immediately after you press “Confirm.”
