Please note that CuboAi no longer offers official recycling services for 1st Gen CuboAi or 2nd Gen CuboAi Plus devices. If you intend to dispose of your device, we recommend performing a factory reset to remove all personal data in order to help protect your privacy.
Reselling or Gifting Devices
CuboAi devices resold or transferred through non-authorized channels are not covered under our official support policy. Any issues arising from such transfers, including device malfunction or damage, must be resolved between the original owner and the new user.
If you or the new user require assistance with device setup or functionality, our Customer Support Team is available to help.

Unpairing the CuboAi Camera
To ensure your account and data are fully removed, please unpair the camera using the original account it was registered with.
Steps to unpair the camera via the CuboAi App:- CuboAi App → Settings → Select the camera on the top tab → Other Settings → Unpair Camera
🌟 Important:
(1) Once unpaired, all associated data will be permanently deleted. Please ensure any necessary information is backed up beforehand.
(2) If a CuboAi Care subscription is active, please cancel it to avoid further charges and to protect your account access rights.(3) The data on the Moments Wall will remain stored on the original account and original device until the storage period expires.
During this period, if you unpair the original device and then bind the same account to a different device, the previous data will not appear. -
Resetting the Camera by Model
After unpairing, reset your camera using the appropriate instructions based on your model.
Gen 1: Status light is on the side of the bird

Troubleshooting Unpair or Reset Issues

Unable to Reset
If the device is malfunctioning and cannot be reset, please ensure it has still been unpaired from your account.

Unpair Failed
If unpairing fails, double-check that the password is entered correctly. If needed, you can reset your password via the login page:-
App → Login → Forgot Password → Enter registered email → Send code
A verification code will be sent via email. Use this to set a new password.Note: For accounts linked via Apple ID or Google, the app may prompt you to enter your device’s screen lock code instead.
