• How to Adjust Temperature and Humidity Detection Range?

Step 1: Go to the CuboAi App settings page

Step 2: Select the desired camera from the top tab

Step 3: Find "Temperature Detection Range Setting" and "Humidity Detection Range Setting", click to adjust the detection range. You can also adjust the temperature unit to Celsius/Fahrenheit below.

1. Please ensure that the camera and bracket are securely plugged in to successfully detect indoor temperature and humidity.

2. Due to differences in design among manufacturers of temperature and humidity sensors, there may be discrepancies in sensor readings in the same environment. Additionally, CuboAi's design rounds to the nearest decimal place, while other sensors may use different calculation methods, resulting in slightly different readings.

The temperature and humidity values will be displayed in 3 locations: the app homepage, full-screen display, and report page.

- How to disable Temperature and Humidity Alerts?

Currently, it is not possible to turn off temperature and humidity notifications. It is recommended that parents adjust the temperature and humidity range to a wider range following the path above to avoid notifications (e.g. temperature 0-99℃).
