🐦 If parents encounter any issues while using the camera, it is recommended to contact the customer service team first. Resetting is not applicable in all situations and may prevent the team from further clarifying the cause of the issue.
When CuboAi Plus needs to connect to a new Wi-Fi, please follow the instructions in the CuboAi App or refer to the following steps for resetting:
Step 1. Open CuboAi App and go to "Settings"
Step 2. Select the camera to adjust from the top tab
Step 3. Click on "Wi-Fi Settings"
Step 4. Click on "Connect to Other Wi-Fi"
Step 5. Enter the new Wi-Fi information

Step 1. Ensure CuboAi Plus is plugged in
Step 2. Press and hold the rear multi-function button of CuboAi Plus for 10-15 seconds, continue holding after hearing the sleep mode prompt
Ensure the indicator light no longer shows a steady white light before pressing and holding the rear multi-function button again. If the light continues to show a steady white light, please contact customer service.
Step 3. After hearing two "beep" sounds, wait for the status light to change from white to flashing white, then enter the Wi-Fi information to reconfigure
🐦Reminder: After resetting, the 18-hour playback and notification wall video recordings will be deleted, and AI settings will be restored to default values.
