How to pair and connect with CuboAi Plus?

Please download the CuboAi App from the App Store/Google Play and follow the instructions below to connect the baby monitor to Wi-Fi:

1. Create a new account

Step 1. Select "Create a New Account" for the first login
Step 2. Register according to the different phone models

• iOS phone: Apple ID and Email options will appear, choose the login method according to your preference
• Android phone: Google and Email options will appear, choose the login method according to your preference

If you choose to register and log in via Email, make sure to use the correct email format to avoid not receiving the verification code
Password must be at least 8 characters long (up to 20 characters)
(Reminder: When setting the account password, CuboAi supports up to 8 users logging in with the same account simultaneously, it is recommended to use an account password that can be shared with family and friends!)

💡For users who log in using Apple ID or Google ID, the app will not display the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature, as these login methods already include their own security protections.

2. Choose the model version you're using

Step 3. Before connecting the baby monitor to Wi-Fi, please follow the instruction in the app.

• Make sure the status light turns pulsing white on CuboAi Plus, which indicates the baby monitor is ready for setup. (If the status light doesn’t turn pulsing white, please see here for more information)
• Enter the Wi-Fi credentials, tap ‘Connect’
• A QR code will be generated on your app screen

🐦Reminder: After successfully pairing with the new CuboAi Plus, the free one-year Premium service will be automatically activated

3. Scan the QR code to connect

Step 4. Please enter your home Wi-Fi account and password, and click on "Next"

Step 5. Place your phone approximately 7 inches (20cm) from the camera lens to scan (approximately the width of a palm). After scanning, please click on the next step. If the scan is unsuccessful, please try the following:
- Gently wipe the lens to remove dust.

- Turn up the screen brightness on your phone.

- Move your phone back and forth to make sure it’s within the scan range.

4. Connection established

Step 6. It may take up to 60 seconds to establish connection to your home Wi-Fi. And you are ready to use your baby monitor! 

🐦Reminder: Due to security reasons, any main acount or family sharing account will be automatically logged out after a one year login period, and will require the user to sign in again.
