Cubo Ai engineers have tested the newest app update to ensure its integrity. The new app version [1.6.5] has been submitted for approval today (Apple App Store). Our team is keeping a close eye on the app’s approval status and will update parents as soon as it is available to release.

If you experience app freezing, please quit and relaunch your Cubo Ai App & turn off the "Background audio" option (Cubo Ai App Settings > tap your connected camera on top > Camera Settings > toggle off the option: Background audio). 🚨 Cubo Ai: Live Stream Freeze Detected
Dear Cubo Ai Parents,
Today, our Tech Team detected an issue with the new Cubo Ai App [version 1.6.4] which causes the app to freeze after updating to the latest version of iOS.
What Happened?
[2021.06.09]
If you recently updated to the new Cubo Ai iOS app, your app’s stability may be affected, resulting in possible freezing to your Cubo Ai’s app live streaming function.
Cubo Ai engineers have found a solution to this issue, however to maintain app integrity, rigorous testing is required before we submit the new app version to Apple’s App store for review (estimated duration: 1 day) and release the update.
How We're Taking Action:
As this issue does not occur on every iPhone device, Cubo Ai Engineers are closely examining the situation to prevent similar issues from happening again in the future.
Though our A.I. functions and notifications remain unaffected, users may experience the following:
- Live Stream Freeze
While our team works on pushing out a new update, if you experience any freezing, please quit and relaunch your Cubo Ai App.
