🚨Android App Crash Issue
Dear CuboAi Parents,
Our tech team discovered yesterday that due to the update of the Android version of the CuboAi App (version 2.1.1), some parents are experiencing some app crash issues when using the CuboAi app.
After updating to the latest app version (2.1.1), some features (such as viewing the livefeed in full screen, or viewing the sleep analytics) will cause the app to crash.
How We're Taking Action:
Our team is working hard to fix this issue as soon as possible and will release a new version to resolve this problem. After a thorough test of the new version of the app, it will be submitted to Google Play for review and be released to our users (the general review time takes approx. 1-2 days).
This issue does not occur on all Android devices, and our engineers are continuing to investigate the matter further to prevent the same incident from happening again.
