CuboAi Team understands that parents are always deeply concerned about their little ones' growth. We are excited to introduce a new feature that extends ''Auto Photo/Video Capture'' feature to measure your baby's height and view the records on Moments Wall.

• How to set Growth Tracking?

Step 1: Go to CuboAi App settings page

Step 2: Select the camera you want to adjust settings for from the top tab

Step 3: Choose "Callibrate AI" and follow the instructions

Step 4: Adjust the detection zone and measure the bed's dimensions. *units: cm/inch(es)

Step 5: Both ''Auto Photo/Video Capture'' and ''Auto Growth Tracking'' must be turned on.

• How does it work?

-Requirements

1. ''Auto Photo/Video Capture'' and ''Auto Growth Tracking'' are enabled.

2. The baby monitor is placed directly above the crib with the lens facing directly down.

3. The baby must be clearly visible in the crib with facial features, legs, and feet.

4. It is recommended to place the camera along the longer side of the crib.

-Photo conditions

1. The frame must include only one baby, with a clear and complete outline of their leg shape.

2. The baby should be positioned at the center of the camera frame.

3. The baby’s angle in the crib relative to the horizontal line of the frame must be within 40°.

• Why isn’t being measured?

1. Ensure the Growth Tracking feature is fully set up. If not, a banner notification will appear on the Moments Wall.

2. Confirm that the camera firmware version is v463-2.0.2199 or above.

3. If the baby is swaddled or covered with a blanket, preventing a clear view of their legs, height measurement will not be possible.

4. It is recommended to click the capture button to take more photos of the baby, allowing the AI to use more eligible photos for growth tracking measurement.

• What if the measurement is inaccurate?

1. If the measured height varies by more than ±3 cm over the past three days, a banner will show you how to calibrate AI for improved accuracy.

2. Please ensure that the mattress area selected in "Calibrate AI" is limited to the mattress only. The height will be calculated based on the mattress's chosen area and size.

• How long are records stored?

Growth Tracking records will be kept on the Moments Wall in reverse chronological order.

CuboAi Care Premium subscribers: Data is saved for 30 days.

CuboAi Care Ultimate subscribers: Data is saved for 90 days.

(The data will be automatically deleted after the set period).
