What devices are compatible with CuboAi App?

💡 CuboAi does not support the desktop version

In addition to being available on Android and iOS smartphones, CuboAi can also be downloaded and used on Android and iOS tablets. For CuboAi iPad version, please download here

🐦Reminder:For Android and iOS tablets, models before 2016 may affect parents' user experience due to processor performance, so it is not recommended to use them!

• Android 

Both tablets and phones need to be updated to software version 12 or above.

• iOS 

CuboAi strongly recommends not using iPad mini 6, iPad Air 3 or earlier tablets, as well as iPod, iPhone 4, 5, 6 devices, and they need to be updated to iOS 14 or above.

🐦Reminder:Although older iOS devices can be updated to iOS 14, they may not be able to use the CuboAi App normally due to processor performance or device compatibility issues (e.g. iPhone 7, 8, iPhone X).

• Apple Watch

Currently, using an iPhone paired with an Apple Watch allows receiving notifications, but it is not possible to watch live feeds on the Apple Watch.

• Bluetooth Headphones

Currently, using Bluetooth headphones allows hearing audio when watching live feeds, playback, and enabling the "background Audio" function. However, when using the two-way voice function, it will automatically switch to playing on the phone.

Additionally, once the CuboAi App is installed on both the phone and tablet, you can use Chromecast or Apple TV to directly project the CuboAi App's feed onto the TV!

🐦Reminder:Currently, you cannot directly activate the Chromecast function from the CuboAi App, but by casting the phone screen, you can also watch the CuboAi App's live feed on the TV!
