How to pair multiple cameras that were originally bound to different accounts?
If parents have separately bound multiple cameras to different accounts, please select one camera's bound account as the "main account," and "unbind" the other cameras. Then proceed with the "reset camera" step. Following the same steps, you can bind multiple CuboAi devices to the main account.
-
Unbind other CuboAi devices from the original account: CuboAi App "Settings" → Select the camera from the top tab → Click on "Camera Settings" → "Unpair"
- Reset the unbound CuboAi device: Reset Steps
- In the main account's app, follow the above How to pair multiple cameras? with other cameras, and follow the app's instructions to complete the pairing process, then you can start viewing multiple camera feeds
🐦Reminder:After unbinding and resetting CuboAi, video recordings on the notification wall and 18-hour playback stored in the camera will be deleted; automatically captured image data will remain in the original account and will not transfer to the main account. As long as the account is not deleted, the data will not disappear, parents can log into the old account to view them! It is recommended for parents to save important images to their phones so they don't have to log out and log back in.

How many cameras can be paired at most?
Parents can currently link up to 5 CuboAi cameras to a single account!
🐦Reminder:Currently, CuboAi requires approximately 5 Mbps of minimum network usage (upload and download speeds) for one connection. If multiple cameras are used simultaneously, a higher network usage is required to maintain the normal operation of each camera! Similarly, if multiple people are connected for viewing at the same time, or if other devices are using the network at home simultaneously, a higher network usage is needed to maintain connection stability.
