How does CuboAi protect my information?

CuboAi is all about baby safety. While our smart technology warns of any impending dangers in the house, our backend security protects your data so no outside intruders can access your videos/photos.

Using enterprise-level security, all videos/photos are encrypted and stored in the Cloud with unique AES-256 bit symmetric key encryption that is only accessible via your authenticated device. While other baby monitors may have IP addresses that can be hacked, CuboAi/CuboAi Plus pushes an encrypted video stream directly to your authenticated device ensuring that only you and your authorized users can watch your little ones grow up. 

We highly recommend enhancing your account security by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in the CuboAi app. This extra layer of security adds an additional safeguard to your account.

Also, letting you know as well that we've introduced crucial security updates – "Who's Online" and "Connection History". Through these new features, you can keep tabs on the login and live-feed viewing history of both the admin and family-sharing account members. It's not just about privacy; it adds that extra layer of security, so you can use your monitors with even more peace of mind.

Report a Security Vulnerability

CuboAi is committed to maintaining the information security of its products and services. If you discover a security vulnerability that may affect CuboAi products or services, please report it to us at security.incident@cuboai.com.

We recommend including the following in your report:

• Description of the vulnerability and any unusual behavior you observed
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• Differences between expected and actual behavior
• Relevant screenshots, videos, or log files

Confidentiality: Please do not disclose any details of the vulnerability to third parties or publicly until the CuboAi team has completed the assessment and patch.

Responsible Testing: When testing, please avoid disrupting system operations, modifying others’ data, or conducting denial-of-service attacks (DoS/DDoS).

Security Commitment: CuboAi promises not to take any legal action against those who report vulnerabilities in good faith following the above guidelines. CuboAi reserves the right to pursue legal action against any violations of these principles.
