After adding your Cubo to the Google Home app, if you cannot view Cubo's live feed properly on your Google Nest Hub or Google Nest Hub Max (i.e. it's showing an error message on the screen...), please help double check the following:
- Make sure Cubo and Google Nest Hub are under the same Wi-Fi environment. Please refer to Google Nest Help if you're unsure which Wi-Fi you've connected the devices to.
- Make sure Cubo is NOT in Sleep Mode and is NOT disconnected from the Wi-Fi network. If your Cubo App is unable to connect and stream, please refer to the troubleshooting steps here.
- If Cubo's connection and streaming in the Cubo app works as it should, you may also visit Google Nest Help's troubleshooting steps for connection issues.
To improve overall connectivity, we suggest having your devices connect to the same Wi-Fi network as your Cubo Ai Plus. This will allow a direct connection and improved connectivity. If you are encountering a delay during streaming on Google Home devices, unfortunately, we have no control over the buffering system Google Home uses. Unlike the Cubo App, Google Nest devices optimize for smooth streaming and prefer latency over buffering. Please follow Google Nest Help's troubleshooting steps for connection issues.
If the above steps do not help restore the connection between Cubo and Google Nest Hub/Google Nest Hub Max, please contact the Cubo Support Team for further assistance.
