What should I do if I accidentally deleted my CuboAi Plus' account?

If you deleted your account by accident, please create an account with the same email and reset the baby monitor to pair again. 

Please follow the steps below to reset CuboAi Plus：

Step 1：Make sure that the baby monitor is connected to power.

Step 2：Press and hold the multi-function button at the back of CuboAi Plus for 10-15 seconds, continue pressing when you hear the sleep mode prompt
Please make sure the device has fully booted and the indicator light is no longer changing. Then, press and hold the multi-function button on the back. If the light remains solid white, please contact customer support.

Step 3：After hearing two "beep" sounds, wait for the status light to change from white light to flashing white light, then you can enter the Wi-Fi information and proceed with the setup again

🐦Reminder: After resetting, the 18-hour playback and notification wall video records will be deleted, and AI settings will be restored to default values.
