After adding your CuboAi Plus to the Google Home app, if you cannot view the live feed properly on your Google Nest Hub or Google Nest Hub Max (i.e. it's showing an error message on the screen...), please help double check the following:
- Make sure CuboAi Plus is NOT in Sleep Mode and is NOT disconnected from the Wi-Fi network. If your Cubo Ai App is unable to connect and stream, please refer to the troubleshooting steps here.
- If CuboAi Plus' connection and streaming in the CuboAi app works as it should, you may also visit Google Nest Help's troubleshooting steps for connection issues.

Why does the video on CuboAi disconnect or reconnect automatically when viewed via Google Home?
Due to performance optimization, third-party platforms such as Google Home may impose limits on connection duration. If the video stream runs for a period of time without any interaction, the connection may be automatically disconnected. When this happens, you can simply issue a voice command again or tap to reconnect on your smart home device to resume live viewing.
Please rest assured that this interruption only affects the video display on Google Home. The CuboAi camera itself will continue to operate normally, and all AI detection and safety alert functions remain unaffected. If you require long-duration viewing (such as overnight monitoring), we recommend using the CuboAi App on your mobile device, which is not subject to these third-party limitations and provides a more stable monitoring experience.
🐦Tips: To improve overall connectivity, we suggest having your devices connect to the same Wi-Fi network as your CuboAi Plus. This will allow a direct connection and improved connectivity. If you are encountering a delay during streaming on Google Home devices, unfortunately, we have no control over the buffering system Google Home uses. Unlike the CuboAi App, Google Nest devices optimize for smooth streaming and prefer latency over buffering.
