What is CuboAi's detection notification sound? How can it be adjusted?

When designing CuboAi, we created a series of special "bird chirp" warning sounds so that parents are able to quickly and easily distinguish this from other phone alert sounds.

In order to distinguish alert notifications more clearly, you can set different notification sounds for the following detections:

- Covered Face and Rollover Detection

- Danger zone detection

- Crying detection

🐦Reminder (Android users only): After clicking on "Alert Sounds" on an Android device, it will direct you to the phone's built-in notification sound settings. You can choose CuboAi App's notification sound or use the phone's own notification selection.

• Default Notification Sound

If no other notification sound is specifically set, the following are the "Default Notification Sounds":

- Covered Face and Rollover Alerts, Danger Zone Alerts : Bird Chirping Sound 3

- Cry Detection Alerts,  Baby Not in Crib, Offline：Bird Chirping Sound 2

If you want to experience the form and sound of the notification, you can also follow these steps:
Log in to the CuboAi App ➜ Click on "Notifications" at the bottom to enter the page ➜ Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Test notification"*.（*Please enable notifications in the CuboAi App first.）

• Change Notification Sound

If you want to change the notification sound, please follow these steps (Covered Face and Rollover Detection as an example)

Step 1: In the CuboAi App settings page

Step 2: Select the camera you want to adjust settings for from the tabs above

Step 3: Choose "Covered Face and Rollover Alerts"

Step 4: Click on "Allow Alerts"

Step 5: Choose a suitable alert sound from the drop-down menu

• How to Adjust Notification Sound Volume?

The volume of the notification sound can be controlled through the phone's built-in volume.

- When "CuboAi App is open" or "App is in the background and Background Audio feature is enabled" ➜the alert notification volume will adjust according to the media volume of the phone

- When the "CuboAi App is closed" or "App is in the background and "Background Audio feature is not enabled ➜ the alert notification volume will adjust according to the ringtone volume of the phone.

• Notification Scenarios

1. There is NO sound for the Temperature & Humidity and Baby Detected alerts, and will only send out the Temperature & Humidity alerts in the following scenarios:

1) Horizontal angle

2) Vertical angle:

- When the "Covered Face and Rollover Detection" is enabled and "Baby is detected"

- When the "Covered Face and Rollover Detection" is not enabled

2. When the App is open, only Danger Zone Alert, Covered Face/Rollover Alert & Critical Alert will have an in-pop pop-up and alert sound. All other alert types will show up in the Notifications Tab. However, some alert types will have an alert sound but no pop-up notification.

3. When Covered Face and Rollover Detection is enabled, there will be no notification sound for the scenario notification "Baby back in bed."
