When CuboAi connects to a new Wi-Fi, it will remember the previously connected Wi-Fi information to automatically reconnect when disconnected. If parents have paired CuboAi with multiple Wi-Fi networks and wish to stay connected to a specific Wi-Fi network for stability, please follow the steps below to reset CuboAi
Reset Steps:
(Parents, please use the reset pin or paperclip from the accessory box to complete the following reset process)
Step 1. Power on CuboAi
Do not reset under the Aqua blue indicator (booting indicator) unless stuck at the Aqua blue light.
Step 2. Insert the reset pin horizontally into the "4th hole from the left on the 2nd row" on the back of CuboAi
Step 3. Press and hold the reset button until you hear a "click" sound, then wait for about 10 seconds
Step 4. After 1 to 2 minutes, when CuboAi chirps and the light changes from "light blue" to "green," it is ready to be set up again
