The Family Sharing function allows parents to easily invite family to join their account, as well as provide greater control over privacy by allowing parents (account owner) to customize the usage permissions of other family members. Parents may share their baby monitor with up to 7 family members with this function.

How do I invite family members to share my CuboAi?
Step 1: The Account Owner enters the CuboAi App settings page
Step 2: Select the CuboAi camera to be shared from the tabs above
Step 3: Click on family sharing settings
Step 4: Click "Invite Admin to Join"/"Invite Other Family Member to Join"
Step 5: Enter the family member's nickname (the nickname will only be displayed on the account owner's phone to distinguish different family members)
Step 6: Click "Invite Now"and choose how to share the invitation link
*Messaging apps: Ask family members to receive the invitation in a messaging app, click the link to open CuboAi App to join
*Share via QR code: Ask family members to click "Scan QR Code" on the CuboAi App login page to join
🐦Reminder:
-Family members do not need to apply for individual accounts, they can join through the following steps; if there are any ad-blocking apps installed, please temporarily disable them, then re-enable after accepting the invitation
-Before sending the invitation, remember to ask family members to download the CuboAi App.
-Invitation links become invalid after use and cannot be reused to add the same person; if the invited family member does not click to join immediately, the link will automatically expire after 48 hours! If the link expires, the account owner just needs to follow the above steps, click on the member marked as "invitation expired" → click "Resend Invitation" to send the invitation again
-For privacy and security reasons, after logging into an account or joining as a family member, users will be automatically logged out after one year, at which point the main account will need to log in again; family members will need the main account to send the invitation to join again

Family Sharing Member Types and Permissions
In addition to the Account Owner, there are 2 role types in the Family Sharing function with different levels of permissions:
Admin:
Except for the following functions, all other permissions are the same as the "Main Administrator"*
-Cannot add/remove other members
-Cannot change Family Sharing permissions
-Pair/Unpair cameras
-Cannot modify/reset network
-Cannot change baby profile
Other Family Members:
The following permissions of "Other Family Members" will be controlled by the account owner and cannot be changed in the CuboAi App settings:
-Hear Audio
-Use microphone
-View Momentswall
-Watch 18-hr Playback Video
-Receive Events Alerts
-View reports
*Parents who purchased during Zeczec period will continue to enjoy the "Permanent Cloud Backup Service" for the Momentswall.
You may choose to invite others as "Admin" or as "Other Family Members" and modify roles anytime. Furthermore, although there is a limit of 7 total invited members, you may assign as many or few of those accounts as you wish to be “Admins" or "Other Family Members". You can choose the Admin : Other Family Member ratio that is right for your family.

Step 1:The Account Owner enters CuboAi App settings page

Step 4:Select the member whose role settings you want to change
Step 5:Adjust Family Member permissions as needed.
-How can I control the permissions of "Other Family Members"? Can I customize the permissions of each user?
The permissions of all "Other Family Members" are set uniformly and cannot be adjusted individually. (For example: If the microphone usage permission for "Other Family Members" is turned off, all "Other Family Members" will not be able to interact with the baby through the CuboAi App, while the account owner and admincan continue to use this feature normally)
To edit the permissions for "Other Family Members", please follow the steps below:
Step 1:The Account Owner enters the CuboAi App settings page
Step 2:Select the CuboAi camera to adjust from the top tabs
Step 3:Click on Family Sharing Settings
Step 4:Click on "Other Family Members Permissions Settings", and edit the permissions as needed
🐦Reminder: After changing permissions, it may take about a minute for the system to update the settings. Once completed, no special notification will be sent to other family members.
-How to remove members from "Family Sharing"?
After removing a member, that family member will no longer be able to view CuboAi . If you need to invite the family member again, you will need to resend the invitation link or provide the invitation QR code for the family member to scan!
To remove existing members, please follow the steps below
Step 1: The Account Owner enters the CuboAi App settings page
Step 2: Select the CuboAi camera to adjust from the tabs above
Step 3: Click on Family Sharing Settings
Step 4: Click on the member you want to remove and select "Stop Sharing"
-How do I control when other family members can stream in?
You may use the Sleep Mode feature to turn CuboAi off temporarily so no one will be able to view the live stream.
