If you are unable to register for an CuboAi Plus account during setup, please check if the phone is connected to the internet and the following information is in the format required:
- Use the correct email format when registering
- Password must meet the format requirements, at least 8 characters and up to 20 characters
If App shows that the account has already been registered, it may be due to a previous registration. In this case, you can go back to the previous page and select [Sign in] to access the account.
To make using the CuboAi App more convenient for you, our team has added a direct registration method through the mobile system.
- For iOS, the options are Apple ID and Email.
- For Android, the options are Google and Email.
