Why is CuboAi Plus' temperature and humidity reading missing or inaccurate?

If the temperature and humidity readings are not displayed or if they are inaccurate in the App, it may be due to Temperature & Humidity dongle not being firmly connected to the baby monitor.

Please make sure to attach the T&H dongle between the baby monitor and the cable before connecting to power, and try unplugging and plugging it in again to see if you can get the temperature/humidity reading.
