If you are unable to register for an account during setup, please check if the phone is connected to the internet and the following information is in the format required:
- Please use the correct email format
- Password must be 8 to 15 characters long
If the App shows that the account already exists, please navigate to the previous page and use 'Sign-in' instead. If you have forgotten your password, please use 'Forgot your password?' to retrieve your password. If you are still having trouble signing into your account, please contact Customer Support with a screenshot of the error message.
