If you are unable to register for an account during setup, please check if the phone is connected to the internet and the following information is in the format required:
- Please use the correct email format
- Password must be 8 to 15 characters long
If the App shows that the account already exists, please navigate to the previous page and use 'Sign-in' instead.
If you have forgotten your password, please use "Forgot your password?" to retrieve your password.
To make using the CuboAi App more convenient for parents, our team has added a direct registration method through the mobile system.
- For iOS, the options are Apple ID and Email.
- For Android, the options are Google and Email.
