The blue status light indicates that Cubo Ai Plus is connected to Wi-Fi and streaming and someone is viewing the live feed on the Cubo Ai App. If you are unable to establish connection from the App, please check the following:
1. Please ensure that you are using the original plug and make sure that the cable is firmly connected, and try switching to another cable. For example, if you are using the 2 meter cable, try switching to the 3 meter cable.
2. Please sign out of the account and sign in again.
