If you are having trouble pairing CuboAi/CuboAi Plus to the CuboAi app or viewing the live stream, please check the status light and refer to the troubleshooting steps according to the status light color displayed:

Pulsing White Light
It means CuboAi Plus is ready for setup. Please enter the Wi-Fi credentials and have CuboAi Plus scan the QR code generated in the CuboAi App. If you don't scan the QR code, please refer to this article: CuboAi/CuboAi Plus doesn't read the QR code
If you have trouble pairing the baby monitor, please check the following:
- Please confirm that CuboAi Plus' original plug adapter is used.
- The SSID (your Wi-Fi network name) must be less than 32 characters. The password must be at least 8 characters long.
- In your phone Wi-Fi Settings, please make sure the Wi-Fi network you are currently trying to connect to does not have "Weak Security" displayed under it.
(Based on security, compatibility, and performance considerations, it is not recommended to use WEP, WPA TKIP encryption methods since they do not meet the suggested security level for CuboAi Plus)
Green Light
It means CuboAi Plus is connected to Wi-Fi. If you cannot connect the baby monitor, please check the following:
- If you accidentally deleted or unpair the account:
- Please reset the baby monitor to pair again.

Blue Light
The blue status light indicates that CuboAi Plus is connected to Wi-Fi and streaming and someone is viewing the live feed on the CuboAi App. If you are unable to establish the connection from the App, please check the following:
- Please ensure that you are using the original plug and make sure that the cable is firmly connected
- Please log out of the account and log in again.
- Please help reboot CuboAi Plus by unplugging and plugging it back in.
- Please try switching to another cable. (For example, if you are using the 2-meter cable, try switching to the 3-meter cable.)
Red Light
It indicates that CuboAi Plus is disconnected from Wi-Fi. Please try the following methods:
- Please confirm that CuboAi Plus' original plug adapter is used, and reboot CuboAi Plus by unplugging and plugging it back in.
- Please check your Wi-Fi connection and stability. The minimum required stable download/upload speed is 5 Mbps per App in use. For more information, please refer to CuboAi/CuboAi Plus' bandwidth requirements.
White Light
If the white light remains on for more than 30 seconds to 1 minute, please refer to the following solutions:
- Please confirm that CuboAi Plus' original plug adapter and cable are used.
- Please try switching to another cable. (For example, if you are using the 2-meter cable, try switching to the 3-meter cable.)
- Please reboot CuboAi Plus by unplugging and plugging it back in.
- If this doesn't help, please try to reset CuboAi Plus.

No Light
If you unplug and pluggin' CuboAi Plus back in, the baby monitor has no light/not able to power on, please refer to the following solutions:
- Please confirm that CuboAi Plus' original plug adapter and cable are used.
- To ensure a stable power supply, please plug CuboAi Plus into an independent outlet and avoid using an extension cord.
- Test out the CuboAi plug and cable on a different compatible device to see if they are working.
- Remove the dongle (see the below pic) and insert the cable directly into the camera.

- Please confirm that CuboAi's original plug adapter is used, and run a power cycle (unplug the cord, wait a few minutes, and plug it back in)
- Please check your Wi-Fi connection and stability. The minimum required stable download/upload speed is 5 Mbps per App in use. For more information, please refer to CuboAi/Cubo Ai Plus' bandwidth requirements.
- Please press the multi-purpose button on the baby monitor, upon hearing CuboAi's chirps. You may reset your Wi-Fi by going into Settings → Wi-Fi Settings → Click "Connect to Other Wi-Fi" to enter the Wi-Fi information to start the Wi-Fi pairing process.
Red Light
It indicates that CuboAi is disconnected from Wi-Fi. Please try the following methods:
- Please confirm that CuboAi's original plug adapter is used. Make sure there's no gap between your CuboAi and the stand.
- Please try to switch to another stand (For example, if you are using the Crib Mount, try switching to the mobile stand.)
- Please try to reboot CuboAi by unplugging and plugging it back in.
- If this doesn't help, please reset the baby monitor.
