If the temperature and humidity readings are not displayed or if they are inaccurate in the App, it may be due to Temperature & Humidity dongle not being firmly connected to the camera. Please make sure to attach the T&H dongle between the camera and the cable before connecting to power, and try unplugging and plugging it in again to see if you can get the temperature/humidity reading.
If the above steps do not successfully restore temperature and humidity reading in the Cubo Ai App, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
