The blue status light indicates that Cubo is connected to WiFi and streaming while someone is logging in the Cubo App. If you are unable to establish connection from the App, please check the following:
🐤 If the temperature/humidity readings show in the App, but you are unable to connect to Cubo, please quit and relaunch the App.
🐤 If the temperature/humidity readings do not show in the App, please check if any of the family members is able to connect and try the following:
1. Switch to a different stand and make sure that Cubo is connected firmly to the stand with no gap (https://bit.ly/2ZtCjCV). For example, if you are using the floor stand, please try the mobile stand.
2. Please sign out of the account and sign in again.
Note: After signing out, the previous in-app conversation may disappear in your Cubo App.
