The yellow status light indicates that Cubo Ai is connected to Wi-Fi. If you are unable to establish connection from the App, please check the following:
🐤 If you accidentally deleted your account or unpaired Cubo Ai from the account, please reset Cubo Ai and proceed to set up again.
🐤 If your account was not deleted or Cubo Ai was not unpaired, please make sure you are using the plug adapter provided and that the camera is connected firmly on the stand (https://bit.ly/2ZtCjCV) and try the following:
1. Quit and relaunch the app.
2. If connection isn't established after step 1, please help reboot Cubo Ai by unplugging and plugging it back in.
