The yellow status light indicates that Cubo is connected to WiFi. If you are unable to establish connection from the App, please check the following:
🐤 If you accidentally deleted your account or unpaired Cubo from the account, please reset Cubo and proceed to set up again.
🐤 If your account was not deleted or Cubo was not unpaired, please make sure you are using the plug adapter provided by Cubo and that Cubo is connected firmly on the stand (https://bit.ly/2ZtCjCV) and try the following:
1. Quit and relaunch the app.
2. If connection isn't established after step 1, please sign out of the account and sign in again.
Note: After signing out, the previous in-app conversation may disappear in your Cubo App.
