We love Cubo and we hope you do, too. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from any of Cubo AI’s online stores for any reason, you may send it back within 45 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

For orders placed from Amazon, please contact your Amazon Regional Customer Support or the Amazon site from which you purchased the Cubo AI baby monitor.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be requested from our support team within 45 days of your delivery date by contacting us via the in-app chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—cardboard box and paper sleeve. In cases where a customer no longer has the original packing, a restocking fee of US$20 may be applied or deducted from the refund. (Please double check with our support team first before returning the item(s).)
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the returning of their product(s) and assume all risk of loss or damages when shipping your return to Cubo. A tracking info of the product(s) must be received at our Return Center within 10 business days of obtaining your RMA number.
- Once your Cubo and all original accompanied packaging and accessories are received and have been inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
