We love Cubo and we hope you do, too. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from any of Cubo AI’s online stores for any reason, you may send it back within 45 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

For orders placed from Amazon, please contact your Amazon Regional Customer Support or the Amazon site from which you purchased the Cubo AI baby monitor.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be requested from our support team within 45 days of your delivery date by contacting us via the in-app chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—cardboard box and paper sleeve. In cases where a customer no longer has the original packing, a re-stocking fee of US$20 will be applied and deducted from the refund.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the returning of their product(s) and assume all risk of loss or damages when shipping your return to Cubo. The product(s) must be received at our Return Center within 10 business days of obtaining your RMA number.
- Once your Cubo and all original accompanied packaging and accessories are received and have been inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
