Download the "Speedtest App" to check the Wi-Fi speed at CuboAi's location

Upload and download speedshould be at least 5Mbps for stability (higher is better)

When one person logs into the CuboAi App, at least 5Mbps upload speed is required. If multiple people are connected for viewing at the same time, a higher network usage is needed to maintain connection stability.

If the test shows a speed lower than the required upload speed, or only slightly higher, it will affect the speed and stability of the parents' connection, and also impact the speed of AI detection and notifications
- If other devices at home use Wi-Fi, the network usage will be divided, which may not be enough to support the camera connection, thus requiring a higher upload speed. Parents can contact customer service for assistance in diagnosing the situation

Turn on the Wi-Fi function on your smartphone and test if the phone can connect to the internet normally
- Check the Wi-Fi signal bars on the phone:If the signal is not full, it is recommended to place CuboAi in a location with better Wi-Fi signal strength, or move the Wi-Fi router closer to the camera.In addition to the results of the Speedtest App test (home Wi-Fi bandwidth), the Wi-Fi strength at home will also affect the stability of CuboAi's connection. When the upload and download speeds are sufficient but the Wi-Fi strength is weak, CuboAi's connection will also weaken as a result.
🐦Reminder:iOS 14 has enhanced privacy protection, so the system will ask parents to allow "CuboAi to connect to devices on the local network." Please click "Allow" to maintain a more stable connection quality for CuboAi.
