If the temperature and humidity readings are not displayed or if they are inaccurate in the App, it may be due to CuboAi not being firmly connected to the stand. Please follow the instructions below to re-insert CuboAi onto the stand and make sure there's no gap between your CuboAi and the stand. Also, please try plugging CuboAi into another stand to see if you can get the temperature/humidity reading.
