If the temperature and humidity readings are not displayed or if they are inaccurate in the App, it may be due to Cubo not being firmly connected to the stand. Please follow the instructions below to re-insert Cubo onto the stand and make sure there's no gap between your Cubo and the stand. Also, please try plugging Cubo into another stand to see if you can get the temperature/humidity reading.
