Cry Detection Alerts

When the CuboAi Plus detects baby crying, a cry alert will be sent out. This feature provides another way for parents to track Baby’s situation.

• How to enable/disable Cry Detection alerts?

Step 1: Go to CuboAi App settings page

Step 2: Select the camera you want to adjust from the top tab

Step 3: Scroll down and click on "Cry Detection Alerts" to turn notifications on or off. Also, you can change the alert sounds and adjust the sensitivity of the Cry Detection.

CuboAi baby monitor consolidates Cry Detection events along with all other notifications (Covered Face, Danger Zone Detection, Temperature/Humidity Detection, etc) from the previous 7 days on the Notifications Tab.

- Why haven't I received any notifications for cry detection?

1. Please ensure that Cry Detection is enabled.

2. Verify if lullabies were playing at the time of the baby's cry. If so, cry detection and cough detection will pause.

3. Confirm the relative distance between the baby and the camera.
